I've been a music junkie for as long as I can remember, but the first band that I "flipped for" that stuck was MxPx. They toured through Texas frequently while I was in high school and college, and I probably went to 8-10 of their shows between my sophomore year in high school and freshman year in college.
I must have listened through their third album, Life In General, 200 times while I was in high school. My taste in music shifted a bit in college, but I've started listening to the occasional MxPx album again since they released Panic in 2005.
"Doing Time" should be every high school's perpetual senior song.
